RevDrLouSaldiveriSince I graduated Rutgers University in 1974, I have always been in leadership positions in the corporate environment and then as a pastor in evangelical churches. I quickly discovered that too many times, management was often confused with effective leadership. Consequently, both employee and volunteer moral and productivity both suffered.

In 2003, I recognized that many organizations faced a leadership crisis. Therefore, I decided to become proactive and pursued further training on a doctoral level in the area of transformational leadership. Transformational leadership training involves engaging people in a process of self-leadership and life coaching. This process helps a leader to work towards a life which involves developing and  owning healthy core values resulting in a balanced life. As a result, a leader will be able to lead others from a position of inner conviction and purpose.

I offer consulting services and seminars to help companies and churches effectively engage and train people for leadership positions. An organization’s success depends on both the quality of current leadership and the training of future leaders.

My educational background:

  • Graduated from Rutgers University in 1974 with a B.A. degree on biology
  • Graduated from Seminary of the East in 1989 with a M.Div.
  • Graduated from Bethel Seminary in 2014 with a D.Min. in Transformational Leadership

My employment experience:

  • Credit Manager for Norwood Wholesale Auto Parts in Long Branch, NJ
  • Senior Credit Analyst for Concurrent Computer in Oceanport, NJ
  • Senior Pastor at Emmanuel Community Church in Bayville, NJ
  • Presently, Pastor at Crossbridge Community Church of Ocean County in Forked River, NJ

I worked 19 years in the corporate environment and 23 years in churches. This experience provided me with insights into this leadership crisis.

I look forward to serving your organization or church. For more information, please fill out the Contact Me page.
